What is an Aaspirations Community Leader?

An Aaspirations Community Leader helps develop the creativity and literacy skills of his community and promotes and sells Aaspirations Books and earns money at the same time.

How can I earn or fundraise?

  • Earn 20-40% commission on qualifying sales (personal orders and orders placed by customers whom you refer to Aaspirations Publishing).
  • Build your team and earn 2-5% of the qualifying sales volume of team members, two tiers down.
  • Place fundraising / stock orders and receive free shipping and 50% discount on orders of $500 or more.
  • Gain MyPoints which can be redeemed for eligible personal rewards like gift cards and travel.
  • Receive free access to your own website marketplace, online marketing tools, Leader-only forums, training resources and more.

Are there products that will not earn commision?

Yes. These are called non-qualifying products and they do not earn commission, accrue loyalty points, or count towards your 365-day cumulative sales volume.

What are MyPoints and how do they work?

MyPoints are the loyalty rewards program for Leaders. For every $1 spent, Leaders receive 100 points.

EXAMPLE: When you spend $100 on Aaspirations Publishing books, you accrue 10,000 points. 10,000 points can be redeemed for eligible personal rewards like gift cards and travel.

How do I spend MyPoints?

MyPoints can be redeemed for eligible personal rewards like gift cards and travel. Remember you will not accrue points for fundraising/stock orders placed (which are 50% off).

What do I earn points on?

You earn points on the net value in the shopping cart, excluding any non-qualifying products, after any special offer codes have been applied and before shipping and tax.

What are the non-qualifying products?

Non-qualifying products are sales aids, including catalogs, other promotional flyers, bags, signs, order forms, etc., and gift cards.

Why are there products that don't earn commision?

We do not offer commission on non-qualifying products so that we can offer them these important business tools to you, at the lowest possible price.

How do I recieve my commisssion?

Commission payments are processed monthly; and your requested funds will be paid to you through Paypal or credited to your bank account shortly thereafter (typically within 2-3 days depending on your bank). The minimum amount for an electronic bank transfer is $30. If we do not have your bank details on file, you will receive an email notification letting you know you have earned a commission. If you opt to receive a check, you may request payment once you have accumulated $100 in commissions.

How are my commisions calculated?

Commissions are paid on the retail value of products purchased. You earn commission on the net value in the shopping cart, excluding any non-qualifying products, after any special offer codes have been applied and before shipping and tax.

Can I apply special offer codes to all orders?

You can only use one special offer code per order. Each discount code that is sent to you will clearly state what it can be used for, example X’mas Blowout Sale. These special offer discounts cannot be applied to either non-qualifying products or fundraising/stock orders.

How does a platinum fundraising or stock order work?

If you opt to place a Platinum fundraising / stock order you will receive a 50% discount at the point of purchase along with free shipping. Any order totaling $500 or more in qualifying product at retail value can qualify for fundraising / stock order terms as long as you type in the fundraising code in the space provided for the code during the purchase process. Because of the significant discount offered, points do not accrue on fundraising / stock orders.

Where does aaspirations publishing ship?


Orders are shipped from our Canadian warehouse located near Toronto, Canada. Currently all orders to North America are shipped from here. Our warehouse in Delhi will ship all orders to India and surrounding countries.

What are my payment options?

We accept the following major credit cards: MasterCard and Visa. You will need the following information in order to process an order through our website:

  • Credit Card Number
  • Security Code
  • Expiration Date
  • Street Address
  • Zip Code

How do I place my orders?


There are two easy ways of placing your orders.

Option 1

  • Go to www.aaspirationspublishing.com
  • Click on the catalogue and click on any one book that you would like to purchase.
  • Select Buy now, and then Add to Cart, which will take you to your shopping cart.
  • Click on continue shopping and browse more books, till you have completed your selection.
  • Input any code that you may have or the fundraising code. The code box is under order summary, before you click on Checkout. It has a button next to it that says Apply. Input your discount code in the box provided and click on Apply, before you go to Checkout. Discounts will be automatically calculated by the shipping cart and free shipping will apply on orders over $100, before taxes and after discounts are processed.
  • Input your credit card information which is processed by Paypal and is not held by Aaspirations Publishing Inc.

  • You may also use your own purchase order or a school’s purchase order.
  • Fax it to us at 1- 416-850-5221.
  • Your order will ship to the address indicated and an invoice will be generated along with the shipment.
  • That invoice is payable by check and is due on receipt.

    How can I connect with other aaspirations community leaders?

    Profiles offer wonderful information about the interests and specialties of other Leaders, about companies and websites they like and about how they are enjoying Aaspirations community living. If you are looking for someone in particular, you can do a simple search on their name to find them. Contact another Leader directly by clicking on the “Contact Me” button under their name on their profile page. Participating in the forums and reading other book reviews are also great ways to connect with the Aaspirations Ambassador community.

    How do I achieve aaspirations community captain status in the leader program?


    An Aaspirations Community Leader is designated as a Captain once their 365 day cumulative qualifying personal sales volume for a year reaches $10,000.

    The promotion to Captain takes effect the month after which the qualifying order is placed. Once a Leader qualifies for Captain status, they will remain a Captain until their personal sales volume falls below $10,000. Revocation of the Captain status occurs the month after which personal sales volume drops below $10,000.

    If I am not currently on someone's team how do I decde what team to join?

    Team Leaders provide you with support, guidance and inspiration to help you grow your Aaspirations Books business successfully. Take time to find a Team Leader who you connect with and with whom you share interests, passions and goals.

    Am I allowed to change teams once I am on a team?

    Yes, you may request a team move at any time. However, prior to a move, we suggest you discuss the reasons you are considering a team move with your current Team Leader. Following this conversation, if you are certain a team move is still the best course of action, please complete and submit a Team Leader Change Request, the form is available on request.

    Please be advised that the change to your new Team Leader will not be processes or reflected on the website until on or around the tenth of the month following the month in which the change was requested. However, your new Team Leader will be eligible for network commissions related to your sales as of the first of the month following the month the Team Leader change was requested.

    Do I need to be a member of another community leader's team?

    No. You can become an Aaspirations Community Leader and not belong to a team. It’s entirely up to you.

    How can I grow my team?

    Your Profile is your key marketing tool to encourage people to join your team. Include detailed information about your interests and your goals for your business, and remember to make sure to keep content fresh so it is clear you are an active business leader. On every profile there is a “Join My Team!” button that makes it easy for other Leaders to join your team. Remember, the connections you make everyday provide a great opportunity for you to introduce others to the Aaspirations community and to find new team members. Use our online marketing tools, including our banners and buttons, to promote the Aaspirations Community Leader opportunity on your website, blog, newsletters and emails and to help spread the word. Another really good way to make use of your connections is to invite leaders from complimentary geographic locations to join your team, so that together your particular team is the best in that area.

    Can more than one member of my household sign up as an aaspirations community leader?


    No, only one person may register to become an Aaspirations Community Leader per mailing address. However, you may include more than one person on the household account.

    What is my mywebsite and how do I use it?

    Your MyWebsite page is your e-commerce website for your business, which lets you feature your favorite books and showcase your events. You will be able to update your marketplace through blogs everyday. Full details regarding your website are in your sign up package.

    What if I decide I no longer want to be an aaspirations community leader?

    Just complete and submit the Aaspirations Community Leader Form and let us know. There are no obligations and you can return any products you have purchased with no questions asked!

    What if one of my online customers makes a purchase through a different leader?

    Commissions are always paid based on the most recent link or code attached to a customer. In a case when a customer’s email is attached to one Community Leader, and that customer subsequently buys through another Leader’s marketing efforts, the new Leader will receive credit for that transaction and any future sales.

    What tool will I have to manage my business?

    • Customizable, free marketplace website to share your favorite Aaspirations Books and promote your events online
    • Comprehensive reporting engine built into your new web office
    • Reporting on team sales and progress with sort criteria to find a team member quickly.

    Do I need to buy books to get started?


    No, you don’t. We’ll send you a set of FREE books to get you started. Choose from any three books and only pay shipping to get started.

    Do I need to buy a marketing kit?


    The Marketing Kit does not include books, but has all of the business tools to get you started on the right foot. Build your business right from the start — by choosing what you need. Our marketing kit includes the following:
    • Catalogues: these are much more than your run-of-the-mill catalogues but do a great job of selling Aaspirations books, with excerpts from the books, puzzles for children and much more. Each catalogue is as green as can be and uses recycled post consumer content and does not contain any paper from virgin forests. Our catalogues are called My Book and make great gifts for children. They are a magazine cum catalogue and retail for $5 for one. You can buy catalogues for $3 each and part proceeds from the sale of My Book go to benefit The Laptop Project.
    • Posters are available for each children’s’ book. You will receive a print ready file for an event that you can print at home. Large format posters are available at cost of printing. There is no design fee.
    • Fifty event invitations, ten marketing folders and an Aaspirations Community Leader binder are available at cost.
    • You can also purchase and have your customers purchase, green eco-shopper tote, mugs or other merchandise at the Zazzle store.
    • Order forms are mailed in a word file and you can use the same for all your orders. If you would like to receive double or triplicate order form books, there is a charge for it. These order form books will be customized with your name and address and will be in sets of 100.

    You can start by purchasing a few copies of My Book now. There is no discount, commission or points on this purchase. Simply indicate the number in your sign up package and get started right away.

    How do I recieve commisions on online sales which I bring to aaspirations publishing?

    Commissions will be earned on any purchases that result from your online marketing efforts and which carry your affiliate code. You will also earn commissions on purchases by returning customers whom you originally introduced to the Aaspirations Publishing. Returning customers are identified through the email address that was used at the point of initial purchase.

    To ensure receipt of commissions on online sales, you must remain active. You must have logged into your Community Leader account within the last six months.
