Four years ago sixteen year old Matthew Martins was beaten to death at a Surry Sky train station. Since then his parents have become well known advocates for victim’s rights working tirelessly in memory of their son. Matthew’s mother and the author of the book The Last Six Minutes, Sandra Martins-Toner talks on Morning News.
